shall remain with Cascom.  You must reproduce any copyright or 
other notice marked on the Samples on any copies you make.

purposes.
2. use the Samples in any noncommercial way as outlined in this 
License.

B. You May NOT Ñ
1. use the Samples in any scandalous, obscene or immoral way.
2. distribute or sell the Samples in any media or any kind of

3. use the Samples in any manner that suggests association or
endorsement of any product or service.
4. add any portion of the Samples, in whole or modified form, to 
any other library, work, project, production, collection or set of 
movies or sounds for sale, lease or assignment.

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR THOSE ARISING BY LAW, STATURE, 
USAGE OF TRADE OR COURSE OF DEALING.  THE ENTIRE RISK AS THE THE
